The Certificate proves the domain name registration and contains the domain name, registration date and domain owner information.
The Certificate is printed on REG.RU’s letterhead paper and signed by the REG.RU Company Executive. The Certificate reminds you to renew your domain. It’s also a great gift to someone or a company, in case the domain was registered as a gift.

How can I order a Certificate?

For all REG.RU retail customers a Certificate of Ownership is issued for free.
You can order a certificate at once while registering a domain or later by logging into your account and going to "My domains" / "Domain name" / "Order a certificate for a domain".

All REG.RU Partners and their clients can also place an order to receive a Certificate by logging into his or her personal account and going to "My domains" / "Domain name" / "Order a certificate for a domain". The Certificate will cost — 250 RUB.
You can choose any payment options.

Usually, a Certificate is issued within 14 working days, once the shipping method is confirmed.

How can I get a Certificate?

You can choose one out of two options to get a Certificate:

• You can get a Certificate in our offices: Moscow, Kiev, Samara, St.Petersburg;
  Before you arrive at the office, call us to check the readiness of the Certificate, if there are too many orders for the Certificates it could be delayed.
   
• by registered mail;
  Certificates can be delivered by registered post to the nominated shipping address.
  Attention!
  – In case the Certificate is returned to us, (wrong address or you did not pick it up at your local post office) 2 times will be considered received by the client.
  To get a duplicate for a twice returned Certificate will cost you 250 RUB.
  – The post address should be entered correctly. In case the address is wrong the letter is sent back with mark "there is no such adress" The Certificates having such mark are considered to be issued. To get the duplicate will cost you 250 RUB.

How much does the Certificate delivery cost?

The delivery to any city in Russia is Free of charge.

For delivery to any other city in the rest of the world is not free of charge. When you order a Certificate choose a country of delivery, to see the price.
